4th Quarter Issue

Shalom and greetings in Yeshua’s precious name! In the last two years, we have declared the years 5770-5771 to be the years of “Serving” and “Caring” respectively. The Lord has been faithful in allowing us to excel in both of these areas. Now, in 5772, as we begin our Jewish New Year on 1 Tishri (September 29th), we are seeking HaShem’s face before His hand and His will before His plan. If you visit our new website, you’ll view this year’s theme and goal, which is to be Panim el Panim—(Face to Face) with God. As we are renewed each day by the reading and obeying of His Word, may we also be transformed into the image and likeness of His son, Yeshua. Our goal is to seek God’s face daily, and then to reflect His love to each other and this needy and dying world around us.

As we celebrate the Fall Feasts of the Lord, we are all expecting a new and divine visitation from the Ruach haKodesh (Holy Spirit). Adonai has carefully and chronologically set the timetable for His redemptive plan of salvation, which we have already seen part of in the spring feasts. We look forward to the soon
approaching Fall moedim of the Lord as completing that plan accordingly.

The first Fall feast on Adonai’s redemptive calendar is Yom Teruah (Feast of Trumpets), when the saints will be “caught up” with the sound of the shofar— God’s mighty awakening shout out! Are you prepared with your wicks trimmed and oil in your lamps? Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement) is the glorious day of Yeshua’s return, where He will come back this time, not as the suffering lamb, but as the Lion of Judah! The final feast on God’s divine calendar is Chag haSukkot (Feast of Tabernacles) when Yeshua, through His return, will usher in the Millenial Kingdom where Yeshua Himself will rule and reign from Jerusalem for a thousand years.

If that is not exciting enough, we have today to seek Adonai “face to face” as He has given us access to His presence through Yeshua’s sacrifice and has given us the gift of the Ruach haKodesh to lead us and guide us in all truth. Seek His Face daily while He may be found, and tell everyone you know about His marvelous and magnificent LOVE! Check our fourth quarter calendar for our other celebrations, special guests, Bible studies, and membership classes. Be abundantly blessed today and tell Adonai how thankful you are for all He has done, is doing, and will do to bring you to the point of completion in Yeshua. The Lord is calling His servants (you and me) to go forth in power and annointing and bring in the harvest that is ready to be sifted. Chazak, chazak, v’nit chazek (Be strong, be strong, and be of good courage)! The Lord is with you wherever you go!
